Enrollment Information & Requirements

 

We are a facility that provides care year round, therefore all families are allowed to register & enroll at any point within the year as along as there are slots available.

​

Enrollment forms will be completed at Safe Care Learning Center during the parent orientation. Documentation that will be required for enrollment will be:

• Most recent Well Child Physical

• Up-To-Date Immunization 

• Doctors medical note providing Medications or Allergies, if any.

Please complete the Family Intake Form found on this page, and a Safe Specialist will contact you within 72 Business hours to set up a time in moving forward with the next steps for the enrollment process.

Please keep in mind that our Business office operates Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. We will be with you as soon as possibe.
