Enrollment Information & Requirements
We are a facility that provides care year-round, therefore all families are allowed to register & enroll at any point within the year as long as there are slots available.
Enrollment forms will be completed at Safe Care Learning Center during the parent orientation. Documentation that will be REQUIRED for enrollment will be:

Most recent Well Child Physical

Up-To-Date Immunization

Doctors medical note providing Medications or Allergies, if any. (Along with an Action Plan)
